Made with Hayman's London Dry Gin, Wilkin & Sons Ltd Tiptree English Damson Gin Liqueur is delightfully dry and fruity gin liqueur.
Wilkin & Sons have been making their famous Tiptree jam since 1863; fantastically blue damsons have been growing on the estate every autumn since the 1800’s. Hayman Distillers is run by the oldest gin making family in England, with products and recipes dating back to 1863. Using Marjorie, a traditional 450l copper pot still, named for the owner's mother, they leave a classic range of ten botanicals to steep for a full day to allow their flavours and aromas to be thoroughly released. Hayman Distillers are thoroughly traditional and authentic.
Freshly picked damsons are steeped in Hayman’s London Dry Gin to make a rich and tart gin liqueur. Tiptree English Damson Gin Liqueur is so rich as to almost be velvety and has a delightfully almond-esque finish.
