Friends, Warner and Edwards, handcraft their gins in a barn in Northamptonshire. Making the best of the freshest spring water and home-grown elderflower, their copper still, Curiosity, produces fantastically dry and aromatic gins. Named for the beautiful area that it is produced in, Harrington Dry Gin is an award-winning spirit.
Exceedingly well balanced with an initial hit of black pepper and woody juniper. A fairly fruity body with cardamom and liquorice, alongside a solid, traditional gin base. Golden, with ginger and lemon oil coming through on a long, dry finish.
