Sikkim Bilberry is a beautifully distilled Spanish gin with a sweet fruity taste on the palate and the aroma of flowers.
Sikkim is home to gins like none other in the world. Prepared with a base of red tea made in the Tibetan region of Sikkim, a part of India famed for some the best teas in the world. The least populated state in India, bordering Nepal and Tibet, and a gateway on the tea roads from China. It is here that the garden where their red tea grows can be found. Using copper stills made in 1831 and an ideal distillation method with the perfect balance in the proportions of alcohol and essences they make an exciting range of gins.
Sikkim Bilberry is a beautifully distilled gin with juniper, red tea, flower essences, blackberries, iris, blueberries, coriander, calamus and bitter orange skin. Sweet and fruity with aromatic floral notes.
A very fruity gin which doesn't need a garnish! You could drink this on its own/lemonade or tonic! Perfect for summer nights outside with the girls 🎉
This is a nice gin however, wasn't quite what I was expecting. Lovely bottle and design. Wasn't quite the taste I was looking for but still enjoyed it while it lasted :)
