Pinkster Gin Jam is another natural by-product of their raspberry infused gin. Mildly alcoholic, sweet and tart it's a delicious treat on toast or in a cocktail.
Made from the raspberries grown locally next to Pinkster’s Cambridge Distillery and left over from making Pinkster Gin. Most of the leftover berries go into their boozy berries but those that don’t make the cut, because they’re rather too mashed, are now being used for jam. It's all very clever and sustainable.
A perfectly fruity jam with just a hint of that crisp ginny bite, this is a perfect ingredient in cakes, spread over scones or used in a picnic martini.
