Broker’s is a brand with personality and playfulness; it is made in a 200-year-old distillery with a traditional copper pot-still and a recipe as old as the distillery. It does not follow the contemporary trend for using weird and wonderful spirits and botanicals. They believe their forefathers did an unbeatable job perfecting gin recipes over many hundreds of years.
This gin is delightfully smooth on the palate with a good balance of fresh botanicals: spicy juniper and ripe citrus fruit. A little further on and there is a good taste of oak and parsley. Almost bitter at points, this finishes with a warming peppery fade.
