Light and crisp, Braeckman’s Apple Jenever, is fresh and gently malty.
Flanders has a rich tradition of distilling jenever with spirituous beverages having been made there for centuries. Braeckman Grain Distillery began its tale almost a hundred years ago in 1918 and they still distil according to the traditional method. One of only eight distilleries in Belgium that prepare their own grain distillate and they even own their own grain mill meaning that the entire process from grain to drop can be done in house.
Dry, piney jenever melds perfectly with the tart crispness of apple to create a delightfully balanced drink.
