Your Personal Details
When you register on our website or provide us with your details in-store, or attend an event we will collect some of your personal details. We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best service possible. The type of information we may collect about you includes:
Your Name, Address, Telephone Number, Email address, Your previous purchase history.
We may also take photographs or film at events for publication on the Internet, including social media, or printed materials, for the promotion and marketing of Gin Festival, Tinker Gin, and the Gin Collector. We will never use the photographic/video images for purposes other than those described above, or for marketing via the transfer of the images to third parties, it is against our ethos and prohibited. This information is backed up on a secure server daily and held for 30 days. If you create an account on our website we retain this personal data. You can delete your account at anytime or request that we do so for you, contact us at email@example.com.
We collect your credit/ debit card details for payment only, this information is not kept or held on our website.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
We will not email you unless you have given us your consent or we are replying to a query. You have the right to be removed from the mailing list at any time, you can do this yourself or contact us at email@example.com
By entering into agreement with us to supply you products or services when you place an order, you have consented to this use of your data.
We may use third party platforms to utilise the sale of products and services. In order to process your order we will use the information we collected, this will be held, as above on a secure server for 30 days and then deleted, unless you create an account on our website.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and EU laws.
