The sharp, clear juniper flavour of Pinkster comes through clearly with only 5 botanicals, but it is neither strong nor overpowering. Instead, the raspberries balance the dry juniper with a soft burst of fruit for a wonderfully smooth finish. Perfect for creating a fruity cocktail.
We wanted to seize the opportunity to bring you a cocktail that combines both of the items in this month's offer. A glass of pink berry goodness that’s super easy to shake up and looks amazing!
So here it is.
The cool fool
In a shaker with ice add:
25ml Pinkster Gin
50ml Zymurgorium Gooseberry Gin Liqueur
1 bar spoon Pinkster Gin Raspberry Jam
15ml Lemon Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
Shake ingredients together and strain into an ice filled Collins Glass.
Top up with Soda Water, then garnish with a slice of lemon and raspberries.
Sit back and enjoy!
