CLASSIC GIN SLUSHIE INGREDIENTS

METHOD 1

  1. Pour some gin, we suggest a ratio of 1:4 parts (a quarter) into a tray or whatever good sized container you can get your hands on.

  2. Add some soda or lemonade, a ratio of 3:4 parts (3 quarters) depending which recipe you fancy.

  3. Freeze for at least 2 hours until you have mushable ice.

  4. Mash up the ice with the handle of a spoon (or whatever comes to hand), until you have a slush puppy like consistency.

  5. Fill a glass full of the slush.

  6. Top up with extra gin or lemonade/soda to taste.

  7. Drizzle the liqueur or sugar syrup over, garnish, add straw.

  8. Sit back, relax and enjoy your gin slushie.

METHOD 2

Use crushed ice it’s quicker! But it doesn’t give you proper slush.

VIOLET GIN SLUSHIE

  1. Freeze blueberries.

  2. Muddle frozen blueberries with Boe Violet Gin, a splash of sugar syrup, and a squeeze of lemon.

  3. Top up with crushed ice & soda.

  4. Drizzle creme de myrtille/mure over the top and add a straw.

  5. Sit back, relax and enjoy your gin slushie.

CLASSIC GIN SLUSHIE

  1. Add Burleigh’s London Dry Gin, sugar syrup, and red grapefruit flesh to glass and muddle.

  2. Top up with soda and crushed ice.

  3. Garnish with a grapefruit twist (for no waste use the skin that's left over once you've removed the flesh) and add a straw.

  4. Sit back, relax and enjoy your gin slushie.
