Rose Highball

Rose Highball

Created at the most northerly distillery in mainland Scotland, Rock Rose is a fabulously zesty, dry gin. This is a thoroughly Scottish gin, taking Caithness botanicals to make a spirit that is incredibly varied. Floral and fruity, Rock Rose is remarkable with the soft aromatics of the Lillet and the light bitterness of grapefruit.

Shake together over ice:

  • 1 ½ shots Rock Rose

  • 1 shot Lillet Rose

  • 1 shot fresh pink grapefruit juice

Top with ginger ale.

Garnish with a lemon twist.

Stratford Gin is a wonderful combination of modern distillation and Tudor garden botanicals. This is a juniper led gin with notable floral bursts and a delightful touch of citrus. Continuing the very British theme, we think that Stratford Gin is just perfect with tea.

Shake together over ice:

  • 2 shots Stratford Gin

  • 1 shot elderflower cordial

  • 2 shots Earl Grey tea

  • ½ shot lemon juice

  • Dash orange bitters

Strain into an ice-filled glass.

Garnish with small lemon slice.

Singapore Sling

Sipsmith Singapore Sling

A classic drink deserves a gin widely regarded as a modern classic. Sipsmith London Dry Gin, the first new, London gin in over a century, is ideal in a Singapore Sling. Summer floral notes are followed by a mellow, rounded juniper. A bright, rich, mouth-filling flavour; tart lemon and orange, beautifully dry juniper complemented by a trace of spice.

Shake together over ice:

  • 2 shots Sipsmith London Dry Gin

  • ½ shot Cherry Heering Liqueur

  • ½ shot Benedictine DOM

  • Squeeze fresh lime

Strain into an ice-filled glass.

Top with soda and stir gently.

Garnish with a lemon slice and a cherry on a stick.

Cotswolds Dry Gin brings clean pine alongside fresh grapefruit and coriander citrus. It’s a fantastic example of a classic London Dry Gin that, when mixed with sloe gin, and a couple of other ingredients, is sheer heaven.

Shake together over ice:

  • 1 shot sloe gin

  • 1 shot Cotswolds Dry Gin

  • 1 shot pink grapefruit juice

  • ½ shot Cherry Heering Liqueur

Strain into an ice-filled glass.

Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit.
