Events Kitchen Supervisor


£11 per hour for 30 hours per week

● Approachable, confident and ability to build and maintain relationships
● Excellent people management skills
● Organised and effective leader
● Driven and determined
 

Roles/Responsibilities

● Attend events to manage the garnish preparation and kitchen management
● Set up and breakdown of equipment
● Monitor health and safety and standards in the kitchen to ensure we comply
with regulations
● Budget and waste management, ordering stock
● Liaising with suppliers
● Communicate and display the company policy of standards and procedures
● Monitor cleanliness and hygiene of the catering areas
● Coordinating staffing requirements and briefings and assess development and
training needs of staff
● To carry out any other duties appropriate to the grade and nature of the post
as directed
● Post event evaluation
 

Skills, experience and qualifications:
● Proven catering experience
● Excellent time management and organisation skills
● People management skills
● Level 1 Food Hygiene
● First Aid certificate (prefered)
● Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
● Ability to multitask and work on several projects
