Salary - £25,000 - £30,00 dependant on experience

Gin Festival is a forward thinking and rapidly growing events, e-commerce and subscription box company and this is an exciting new role to join us to to develop and shape a brand new gin - Tinker Gin.
Main roles and responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the brand through supply chain both tangible and intangible.
Help analyse the brand and current strategy and highlight areas of weaknesses or conflicting messages.
Help create brand strategy and ensure all aspects of the product or company marketing and activities align with the ethos and goals of the brand.
Creating an enduring brand message that results in brand loyalty and improving market share.
Champion the brand internally making sure all elements of the company understand the brand and its goals.
Work closely with all parts of the company to ensure commercial goals of the brand are met.
Develop and sustain strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
Help develop high quality and effective marketing materials that align correctly with the overall brand strategy.
Realistic forecasting of sales and volume for the brand ensuring all parts of the company are geared accordingly.
Presenting the brand strategy to directors and sales and marketing teams at internal meetings and conferences.
Manage external agencies and ensure marketing budgets are met.
Seek out new marketing opportunities that fit with the brand and maximise all opportunities for growth.
Skills, qualifications and experience:
2+ years experience as a brand manager.
Driven for results with excellent leadership skills.
Excellent understanding of all aspects of marketing.
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Up to date with the latest trends and marketing best practices.
